Returns and Refunds Policy
All of my products are made by me and I put a lot of love, time and effort into each thing that I make.
I am unable to cancel orders because of change of mind as once I receive your order, I cut the fabric straight away, reading for sewing either immediately or the next day. I reserve the right to refuse an order cancellation because of change of mind.
All products are carefully handmade and inspected for defects before they are shipped to you. If you receive your item and you believe it to be faulty please contact me within 24 hours at: firstname.lastname@example.org and notify me of the alleged faults. Please include any photos of the defect.
I require that the alleged defective product be returned to me within 5 days of receipt. The product must be in the original condition, with tags and packaging. Product must be sent back using a tracked method of postage. Customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
Once I receive the alleged defective product, I will inform you whether a refund or exchange is appropriate. I reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if I believe the product was damaged after it left my premises.
Due to the fact that our products are handmade to order, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges purely for change of mind. All items on our website are accompanied by detailed information including their dimensions. Please consider whether the specific product is right for you before confirming your order.
AVAILABILITY OF FABRICS
I endeavour to post out any orders within a week of order. However, many of my fabrics are imported from the USA, and some are custom made here in Australia, so delivery for those items can take up to 6 weeks.
